Kinder to Prep

The transition from kindergarten or childcare to school can be quite a step for children.  Our Transition Program has been developed to provide informal, introductory school experiences to help children become familiar with  school environment and be comfortable about taking the next step along their learning pathway.

We are very proud of the teaching and learning program, teaching staff and facilities that we offer at Ruskin Park Primary School.  If you are considering a primary school for your family, we invite you to visit our school with your child to see what we can offer.

School Tours

During Education Week the Principal will be conducting tours of the school daily between 10.00 - 11.00 am. by appointment. 

Also during Term 2 tours will be conducted  on Wednesday Mornings between 9.30 - 10. 30 am. from the school office.  If this time is inconvenient, you can phone the office on 9723-3886 to organise another time.
 

Year 6 to Secondary College

During Term 2, as students and their parents start to consider secondary education after Ruskin Park and decide which of the local secondary schools offer the best curriculum to meet their needs, we visit local secondary schools.  Most secondary schools hold Open Nights and Tours for the students and their families and visit us telling our students of the highlights of their particular school, often bringing past Ruskin Park students to share their experiences.
